— Your Complete Usage Agreement

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and i888 ("i888", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at i888.lat and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing any part of the i888 Platform — whether to browse, register an account, deposit funds, place bets, play casino games, or claim promotional offers — you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

In the event of any inconsistency between these general Terms and a game-specific or promotion-specific rule, the more specific document shall prevail in respect of the matter to which it applies.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of the i888 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. This is an absolute requirement that admits no exceptions. By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and that you will remain in compliance with this requirement throughout your use of the Platform.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The i888 Platform is operated under an international gaming license and is accessible to players in jurisdictions where online gambling is not prohibited by local law. It is the sole responsibility of each player to verify whether accessing and using the i888 Platform is lawful under the laws of their specific jurisdiction before registering. i888 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in all locations from which it may be accessed.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To open an i888 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number (used for identity verification and OTP authentication), email address, and your chosen payment method details. You agree to update this information promptly should it change at any time.

i888 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such rejection.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of its obligations under international anti-money-laundering regulations and its gaming license conditions, i888 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification programme. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any point:

• Government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the past three months)
• Source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or cumulative deposit thresholds
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (JazzCash or EasyPaisa account confirmation, bank statement, or similar)

Accounts that do not complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete. In cases of non-compliance, i888 reserves the right to close the account and return deposited funds via the original payment method, minus any bonus funds credited.

3. Account Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to hold one and only one i888 account. This restriction applies per person, per household, per device, and per shared IP address at i888's discretion. The existence of multiple accounts linked to a single individual — whether intentional or accidental — constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Where duplicate accounts are identified, i888 will: (a) close all accounts except the oldest verified account; (b) transfer the real-money balance to the retained account; and (c) permanently forfeit all bonus balances across all duplicate accounts, together with any winnings derived in whole or in part from bonus funds.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your i888 login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes delivered to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your i888 account — including bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been carried out by you personally.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify i888's support team immediately at [email protected]. i888 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.

3.3 Account Closure by the Player

You may close your i888 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure: any real-money balance will be returned via your registered PKR payment method; any pending withdrawal requests will be processed normally; bonus balances and associated pending winnings will be forfeited on closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are accepted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following supported payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, and Meezan Bank. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. i888 does not charge deposit transaction fees, although your payment provider may apply their own charges — please verify with your provider.

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits from a payment method not registered to you — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, reversal of the deposit, and a formal review of your account.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Processing times vary by account tier:

• Silver Tier: 1–2 business hours (JazzCash/EasyPaisa); 1 business day (bank transfer)
• Gold Tier: Under 30 minutes (JazzCash/EasyPaisa); 4–8 hours (bank transfer)
• Platinum & Diamond VIP: Priority processing; near-instant for wallet withdrawals

i888 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where: (a) the account has not previously completed a withdrawal; (b) the withdrawal amount is unusually large relative to account history; or (c) account activity indicators trigger anti-fraud screening protocols. Such checks are carried out in the interest of player security and regulatory compliance.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. i888 does not charge withdrawal fees at platform level; however, your payment provider's own fee schedule may apply.

4.3 Anti-Money-Laundering (AML)

i888 maintains strict compliance with applicable AML regulations under its international gaming license. Deposits of certain volumes or patterns may trigger mandatory AML review, during which withdrawal processing will be paused pending satisfactory resolution. All players are required to cooperate fully with any AML review request. Refusal to cooperate, or the provision of false or misleading documentation, constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and a report to the relevant regulatory authority.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Policy

All bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback offers, and other promotional benefits made available to i888 players are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual offer. By claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you agree to be bound by both these general Terms and the specific terms of that offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your i888 account must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. For example, a welcome bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means that a bonus balance of Rs 10,000 must generate Rs 200,000 in total eligible wagering before withdrawal is permitted.

Game contributions toward wagering requirements are as follows (default rates; specific promotions may vary):

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live Casino games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker): 10% contribution
• Video Poker: 5% contribution
• Sports Betting (pre-match): 20% contribution on qualifying markets
• Progressive Jackpot Slots: 5% contribution

5.3 Bonus Abuse

i888 actively monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk, mathematically hedged bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk; using automated software to complete wagering requirements; and any other strategy the company reasonably determines constitutes exploitation of a promotional offer. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

5.4 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While a bonus balance is active on your i888 account, a maximum single-bet limit of Rs 2,000 per round or betting event applies. Bets placed in excess of this limit during an active bonus period may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, at i888's discretion.

6. Gaming Rules

All games offered on the i888 Platform operate according to their published rules, which are accessible from within each game's information panel. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed odds or payouts and the mathematically correct figure due to a technical error, i888 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players' accounts.

i888's RNG-based games use a certified, independently audited Random Number Generator that ensures each game outcome is genuinely random and statistically independent from all previous outcomes. The certified Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published within the game's information section in the lobby.

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with Platform games or markets
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties in casino games or sports betting markets
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the Platform to process proceeds of crime
• Abusing promotional offers through duplicate accounts, hedge betting, or any other manipulation of wagering requirements
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing i888 staff or other users through the Platform's support or chat systems
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited, if you have been notified of this restriction
• Facilitating access to the Platform by a person who has been self-excluded or whose account has been closed by i888

8. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly maximum deposit caps. Reductions take immediate effect; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.

• Session Time Limits: Automatic logout after a player-defined gaming session duration, with in-session time reminders at configurable intervals.

All content on the i888 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, images, text, logos, trade marks, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of i888 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to: copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, or creating derivative works from any Platform content; reverse engineering or decompiling any software components of the Platform; or using any Platform content for commercial purposes without i888's express prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, i888 excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including without limitation: loss of data, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill — even if i888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

i888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the value of your total deposited funds in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. i888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, and makes no representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information displayed on the Platform.

11. Data & Privacy

i888 collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an i888 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

i888 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with: game providers and platform technology partners as necessary to deliver the service; payment processors (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) as necessary to process your transactions; and regulatory authorities, law enforcement, and the gaming license authority in compliance with legal obligations.

12. Amendments to These Terms

i888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via a notification within the Platform or to the email address registered to the account, with a minimum of 14 days' notice prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the i888 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure with a return of your real-money balance.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which i888 is incorporated and licensed, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and i888, you agree to first contact the i888 support team to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by i888's gaming license authority, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
